On my Ford Ranger, the pistons in the calipers were plastic and that's why they locked up. The plastic piston gets worn and then gets slightly cockeyed in the bore and so it gets stuck outward. New to the forum and this is my first post. Last night I was out checking water tanks and mineral tubs on the Polaris. I shut off the machine to do a few things. When I went to start it up again it would not even turn over. The dash display was blank and there was a clicking under seat coming from the EFI relay. The dust is most noticeable if you have the full windshield and even worse if you also have the rear shield.
