This size will likely rub against the suspension due to OE wheels’ lack of backspacing. 275/70R18 tire, which measures 33.2 x 10.8 inches. A 9-inch wide wheel is overkill for 33-inch tires IMO. OE wheels are 7.5-inch wide with a 6.2-inch backspacing. If you wanted a little more backspacing, 8.0-8.5 wide and 5.2-inch would be plenty for a 33-inch tire. Otherwise, your Jeep risks looking all squatted. A 2" suspension lift does not (!) provide enough clearance for 33" tires. 3" is the bare minimum with 4" recommended for offroad use of those 33" tires.
