About two months after I bought it I started having problems with the a/c, with it not turning on or blowing cold, despite having new freon. The Hyundai never gave me a problem towing. I'd still get 29mpg towing (60-65mph). I changed the oil regularly and used synthetic and changed tranny fluid every 60,000. The xB should tow fine.
