For the most part i did a ninja build which helped me almost all the way to endgame. right now i am level 161 with. 20 in all stats. 50 in ninjutsu. 31 in magic. Yes, it affects duration afaik. I have 900 Ninjutsu Power and my Quickchange Scroll lasts almost an entire main mission. While my Onmyo magic stat is just at 9 and my Weakness talisman wears off after literally 5 seconds.
